We are pleased to announce the participation of Gianni Masciopinto, European Patent Attorney at Metroconsult, as a speaker at the seminar “Case Law supported by the Boards of Appeal of the EPO”, organised by the EPI – Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, with the support of the EPO Boards of Appeal and the European Patent Academy.
The event will take place online on 29 October 2026 and will focus on the analysis of the latest decisions and referrals to the Enlarged Board of Appeal, with particular attention to their implications for professional practice before the European Patent Office. The programme will also include a simulation of opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO, offering participants a practical opportunity to explore procedural and strategic aspects of European patent practice.
