Matteo Baroni shared his longstanding expertise in the legal protection of IP with the students attending the Winter School of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Promotion (STEP).
The aim of the school is to introduce Ph.D. students and Post-doc researchers to the tools needed to turn the outcome of academic research into marketable ideas. With a practical teaching method, Mr. Baroni highlighted to the students the importance of protecting and maximizing the value of ideas and creativity with Intellectual Property Rights, like patents, trademarks, design, copyright, and know-how.
