Since 2007, Filippo has worked as an Intellectual Property Consultant at Metroconsult and is currently Director of the Genoa office. Filippo is a patent and trademark attorney registered before the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Italian Patent and TrademSark Office (UIBM).
He mainly deals with Italian and International patent consultancy in the manufacturing, electromechanical, transport and green technologies sectors. He is also involved in the protection of trademarks and corporate design.
Filippo has gained extensive experience as a Technical Expert before the Courts of Milan, Turin, Genoa, Bologna, and Venice and also works as a party-appointed expert in litigation disputes.
Education and professional experiences
Filippo has lectured on the subject of Intellectual Property at various conferences and seminars.
He is a member of numerous IP associations including AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), LES (Licensing Executives Society); FICPI (Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle).
Filippo has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is fluent in English and French and has a basic knowledge of German.
